Build a vibrant pipeline for leadership development in the community pillars of business, education, politics, community-based organizations, service providers, and religious organizations, to provide competent and capable leaders for underserved communities.

Provide a viable network for African American leaders currently in leadership positions for encouragement, continued development and mutual support.

Address current negative trends of low numbers of African Americans in leadership through long-term strategy, institutional training in diversity and equity, and solution based programming while sharing successful best practices.
